![]() ![]() Technically speaking a TF takes up 30 tiles and only needs one tile of road to connect it. The other thing that needs to be considered with Terrace Farms vs SOKs or other buildings is road usage. The last time I counted I produce well over 700 FP a day collection on my city alone with the strategic use of a level 63 Blue Galaxy. I have enough buildings that produce gold and supplies and thus buildings I’m less concerned about gold and supplies and more so care about total FP generation per day. I guess I’m at the point where certain event buildings will start to replace the TFs, especially those that offer more than 5 FP a day and have an attack bonus. ![]() I have deleted several terrace farms to be replaced by Flourishing Cider Mills which produce 15 goods and 7 FP and take up 9 less tiles than TFs, but the Cider Mills are a slow go at building. My city is at full capacity with all land expansions in use. TFs don’t need double roads and you don’t have to spend gold or supplies to produce goods. TFs can replace standard goods buildings and take up much less space than higher age goods buildings. It was more so in the earlier ages, around 50-60. I probably complete around 20 quests a day. Collecting the gold and supplies helps complete additional quests. Each quest completion gets me 25 goods, 1.5 mil gold, 1 mil supplies, or 10 FP. At SAM I complete 6 quests alone from collecting on these. You can use the to quest cycle, I have over 25 TFs and I have 5 other buildings that I run on 24 hour cycles each day. They don’t need to be motivated or polished. Terrace Farms are pretty good at any age. ![]()
